I was in the residential construction/remodeling business for about twenty years before turning to a career as a professional home inspector, and as an award winning project coordinator and project manager for a general contractor and an architect, I clearly understand what makes a sound home and can relate to the pressures and decisions clients face when making high- dollar commitments.

I am certified as a professional home inspector through the American Home Inspector Training Institute and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi); I passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and I am listed with the Kansas Home Inspector Registration Board, allowing me to perform residential home inspections in Missouri and Kansas. I am registered and licensed by the Kansas Department of Health & Environment as a Radon Measurement Technician, allowing me to administer long-term and short-term radon tests. I have received a certificate in training and licensed in Kansas and Missouri to perform Wood Destroying Insects/Organism inspections. I am a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) with a certificate in training to perform mold inspections and take air/surface samples when needed.
